PARK LIFE
With over 4,000 people working on Broadland Business Park, full consideration of the needs of our occupier has been taken into account in the design of the Park, from the working environment to visitors’ first impressions when they arrive.
The landscaped setting affords employees the opportunity to enjoy their surroundings, with lakeside walks and cycle routes playing an integral part in the Park's design. Ample parking for bikes and regular public transport mean that driving a car is not the only option for getting to work and supports the Park's commitment to building a healthy working environment. The Park is also a member and supporter of Norfolk County Councils car sharing scheme, pairing members as either car, walking or cycle buddies.
On site, the Park Management office works to ensure that the Park is a healthy, vibrant and active place to work. Regular mobile libraries, mobile blood donor unit, dry cleaning collection, crèche and the Bannatyne's Health club are only a number of facilities on site to ensure that occupier's needs are conveniently catered for.
"We made the decision to move the majority of our staff to Broadland Business Park because it offered something that the city centre could not provide"
Jonathan Cook, Director of Corporate Services, NHS Norfolk
